Chestnuts are a fruit of many qualities to be discovered.
For example, although they are assimilated at a nutritional level to cereals
such as barley and wheat, chestnuts do not contain gluten. Particularly
calories are then an excellent energy reserve for adults and children, to be
used perhaps to dispose of the consequences of an influence. The minerals of
which they are rich make them particularly suitable as tonic, to strengthen the
muscles, as an antiseptic and disinfectant, as a support for digestion and to
regenerate the nervous system. Finally, the vitamin C contained in them,
stimulates the formation of collagen, essential for slowing down skin aging.
